| As you well know, our business is built on referrals... from our families, friends, past clients and of course from our fellow Realtors™ in other areas and fields of expertise.
I have been licensed since 1976 (in Ontario moving to Edmonton in 1980) and can assure you that your referral will get my utmost effort in seeing that your friend and/or client is properly, courteously and honestly assisted in their endeavors to purchase or sell a property.
If your referral's needs don't happen to fit with my fields of expertise or they should change in midstream, I will refer the them to another Realtor™ who can and will be able to assist them. I specialize in Residential Real Estate in Edmonton and my husband Francis (who is licensed and assists me) can handle Commercial, Rural and Investment properties. Francis is licensed with Estate Properties Inc. who can also take care of Property and Asset Management and other related areas. As you can see, it would be the rare person we couldn't be of service.
One area we have been working on is what we call "Reverse Snowbirds". Many people we know here head for the warmer climes of the Southwest USA... but what about the people in the Southwest USA who have that scorching summer to contend with?...
